Under the 1965 Company Act with paid-up capital of Ringgit Malaysia of RM522,000.00 And authorized capital of RM 580,000.00 The main purpose of the company is to provides professional services for the management of ships and marine assets. DJMS caters to all aspects of ship management including  purchasing, crewing, maintenance, and other mandatory requirements, post fixture operations and reporting.
