DJSB's Chartering Unit were established in 2003 in order to support company growth by providing charter/hire of vessel such as Achor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS), Straight Supply, Tug/Mooring Boats. Landing Craft, Crew Boatsand others to the main oil producing and exploration companies domestically and internationally.

This include provision for frilling services to PETRONAS and all companies listed under the Petronas Sharing Committee (PCS) namely Sarawak Shell Berhad, ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Malaysia Inc (EMEPMI). Nippon Oil Exploration (NOEX) and Talisman Malaysia Limited (TML).

Besides, we are also a registered corporate member of Institut Kelautan Malaysia (IKMAL), Ma;aysian Shipowners Association (MASA), Malaysian OSV Owners Association (OSVA), and Marine Offshore Oil & Gas Association Of Singapore (MOOGAS) in order to be actively involved in all the Marine activities year round.
