DINASTIA JATI SDN BHD (DJSB) was incorporated on January 5,1993 under the 1965 Company Act with paid-up capital of Ringgit Malaysia of RM2,000,000.00 and authorized capital of RM5,000,000.00.  Up to date, DJSB has an outstanding experience in the industry for more than fifteen (15) years serving Petroleum Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS), the leading Malaysian national oil company and its contractors (under the Production Sharing Contract), the National Power Plant (TenagaNasional Berhad) and the Independent Power Plant.

DJSB’s core business is providing offshore vessels services to PETRONAS and other companies under the Production Sharing Contract (PSC) such as Shell, ExxonMobil (EMEPMI), PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd (PCSB), Nippon Oil, Murphy Oil, Talisman Incorporation and PETRONAS ‘ downstream companies such as MLNG Tiga Sdn Bhd, PETRONAS Methanol, PETRONAS Gas Berhad, Polyethylene / Ethylene Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Asia Bintulu Fertilizer and Optimal Chemical (M) Sdn Bhd.
